Let’s Connect!
Whether you’re feeling curious, overwhelmed, hopeful—or all of the above—you’re in the right place.
If you’re ready to explore how I can support you through traditional therapy or intensives, the best way to get started is by scheduling a consult call. This gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit.
Next Steps-
Schedule a Free Consult Call
Use the scheduler to choose a time that works for you.
2. You Will Receive 2 Emails
Once you choose a consult date/time, you will receive an confirmation email with a Google Meets link for your appt.
You will receive a second email with a link to complete a brief survey. Please complete this form at your earliest convenience, so I can review this ahead of time and be prepared for our chat.
3. Think of Any Questions You Want to Ask.
Finding someone who uses therapy styles that resonate with you are really important. Even more important than this-you find someone who you feel connected with. I offer consult calls for this reason. If it feels like a good fit during our call, than that’s a great sign! If it doesn’t feel like a good fit during our call, then that is okay too! It’s important to me to keep a robust list of referrals handy, so I can make sure all clients find what they are looking—whether this is meeting with me or someone else.
4. Join Me For Your Consult Call!
Use the link you receive in your email to sign into our consultation call at the date and time you chose. Bring your questions with you that you want to ask me, that you think would be helpful for you to know if we would be a good match.
5. During Your Call, Discuss Next Steps
Have Questions First?
If you have general questions or aren’t quite ready to book, feel free to reach out directly. I’m happy to help you figure out the next best step.
